Snag’s acquisition campaigns were poorly structured, heavily reliant on retargeting rather than bringing in new customers, which limited their ability to scale. Their creative strategy was non-existent, and their post-click experience was operationally inefficient, restricting conversion performance. In just 9 months, we helped transition Snag from a local Denver-based vintage goods shop generating low six figures in revenue into a DTC powerhouse, while significantly improving key performance metrics: • Conversion rate increased from 1.5% to 6% • Revenue grew from low six-figures to eight-figures We achieved this transformation through key strategic initiatives: • Product bundles & mystery boxes, increasing AOV and driving purchase frequency • Brand collaborations, such as Snag x Cypress Hill, expanding brand reach and credibility • CRO enhancements, optimising the post-click experience to remove friction and improve conversions By combining high-performance creative with data-driven acquisition strategies, Snag have become a dominant player in under a year.
